If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlHaquh Matrimony.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
• This platform is intended exclusively for Muslim individuals seeking serious marriage (Nikah) with honourable intentions.
• By registering, you confirm that all submitted profile information is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, marital status, or religious background.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and truthful profile information at all times.
• Use the platform with respect, modesty, and in accordance with Islamic values and ethics.
• Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Engage with other members respectfully and with sincere matrimonial intent only.
• Comply with all applicable laws of India while using our services.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating false, misleading, or duplicate profiles.
• Sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Harassment, stalking, or any form of intimidation of other members.
• Conducting scams, fraud, or misusing personal information of other users.
• Using the platform for any non-matrimonial, commercial, or unlawful purpose.
• Scraping, harvesting, or unauthorised use of platform data.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
• Users who receive multiple verified complaints may be permanently banned from the platform.
• Users may voluntarily request account deletion at any time through our Delete Account page.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, design elements, and features of AlHaquh Matrimony are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform owners.
• Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
• User-submitted content (e.g., profile photos) remains the property of the user, but by submitting, you grant us a limited licence to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlHaquh Matrimony provides a halal matchmaking facilitation platform. We do not guarantee matrimonial outcomes, compatibility of matches, or the accuracy of user-submitted information. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AlHaquh Matrimony shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or misrepresentations of any user on the platform.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the preceding 3 months.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
